BOURBON FRANKFURTER APPETIZERS

1 1/2 cups catsup

3/4 cup bourbon

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon minced onion

1/2 teaspoon dried whole oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary

2 (1-pound) packages Frankfurters, cut into 1 inch pieces

Combine all ingredients except frankfurters in Dutch oven; mix well. Stir in frankfurters. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Serve with wooden picks.

Makes 16 appetizer servings.
