Corned Beef Sandwiches
1 (12-ounce) can corned beef
2 cups (8-ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chili sauce or catsup
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
12 hot dog buns
Combine all ingredients except buns; mix well. Fill buns with mixture; wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
