HAM PATE

2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened, divided

1 lb. cooked ham, ground

1 tbs. grated onion

2 tsp. finely chopped pecans

1 tsp. milk

Combine 1 package cream cheese, ham, onion and pecans. Mix well. Line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic. Spoon in mixture into mold, pressing firmly. Cover and chill 3 hours. Unmold onto a serving plate. Beat remaining package of cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread over ham mixture. Serve with crackers.

Makes 2 cups.
