Mai Tai

3/4 ounce Bacardi light-dry rum

1/4 ounce Bacardi 151 rum

1/2 ounce Hiram Walker orange curacao

1/2 ounce lime juice

1/2 ounce orgeat syrup

1/2 ounce simple syrup

In a stem glass half filled with cracked ice, put juice, syrups, and orange curacao (or use Mai-Tai mix). Add rums and stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs, a pineapple spear, and red cherry.
