Mimosa Hawaiian
1 (12-ounce) can apricot nectar
1 (12-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
3/4 cup water
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle dry white champagne, chilled
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher; stir well. Chill. Stir in champagne immediately before serving.
Makes about 7 1/2 cups.
