PARTY LOCATIONS
Your may choose your location to match your party theme. For a pirate of luau party you may consider the beach, a bar-be-cue may be at your local park, or a dinosaur party may be at your local museum.
Home parties, either inside or in the backyard, are nice for any age and definitely work best for parents with small children. Home parties are usually less expensive if budget is an issue for you.
Outdoor locations, whether a park or a skating rink, have the advantage of space and spare your home from wear and tear. Always check the price since these can be rather expensive for a large group of guests.
• When choosing your location, take into account how many guests you will have.
• Make sure you have enough room for your guests to be comfortable.
• Consider if the party will be indoors or outdoors. Do you prefer your celebration indoors in a controlled temperature environment? Do you enjoy a celebration under the sun? Morning? Evenings?
• Consider the weather when deciding. Rain or too much sun can pose a damper on any party. Be prepared for both. In case of rain have a back up shelter so you are able to continue your celebration. For sunny days, have several umbrellas available to provide shade for those who may need it. Remember the sunscreen.
