Pina Colada

1 1/4 ounce Bacardi light-dry or Gold rum

2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice

1 ounce Coco Lopez cream of coconut

Mix in a shaker or blender with crushed ice, or stir and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a pineapple spear, if desired. For best results, blend.
