WALDORF SALAD

6 medium red apples, cored and diced (do not peel)

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

2/3 to 1 cup mayonnaise

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together, adding just enough mayonnaise to ensure creamy consistency. Cover and chill 2-3 hours.
